A seven-story, 45,000 square foot low-income rental building in Williamsburg, developed through the Inclusionary Housing program, with 47 units, and a ground floor space for an on-site social services provider. The scale of the building is broken down by setbacks along the street wall, varied facade material and periodic window frames extending past the facade. A community room, laundry room and bike storage facility are provided. To minimize potential flooding issues, the building does not contain a cellar and the first floor has been raised above sidewalk level, with utility rooms at the first floor rather than the cellar.
