Christine Berry Celebrates 10 Years at C+GA
Congratulations to Associate Christine Berry RA, LEED AP, CPHC for 10 years at C+GA!
Christine’s Passive House leadership is invaluable to C+GA. She has contributed sustainable design expertise to a number of projects – including Melrose North, a Passive House and LEED certified affordable and supportive mixed-use building in the Bronx, and Castle III, an all-electric 15-story supportive housing project for The Fortune Society. Her blend of experience with complex multi-family and educational projects was pivotal in the design of the K-5 Brilla Charter School at the base of a 12-story building affordable housing development in the Bronx. Christine’s role on multiple large-scale planning projects, including the two building Story Avenue complex adjacent to four former Mitchell-Lama towers, ensured thoughtful design and exceptional quality assurance.
