Passive House Accelerator Partner of the Week
C+GA is the Passive House Accelerator Partner of the Week! With over 25 Passive House projects in NYC, and five more in design and construction, C+GA is a leader in Passive House certified design. Passive House Accelerator featured several of our recent Passive House projects, including:
• 4697 Third Avenue, an award-winning affordable housing development in the Bronx
• Park Avenue Green, one of the largest Passive House affordable buildings in the country
• Melrose North, the recipient of the U.S. Department of Energy’s 2024 Better Project Award
Other Passive House projects include the EnerPHit rehabilitation of the historic Three Arts Club, a NYSERDA Buildings of Excellence Demonstration Project Blue Ribbon award winner, the Passive House affordable senior residence Shore Hill, and the NYSERDA Buildings of Excellence winners Castle III, 819 Grand, and HELP ONE.
