Design for department relocation and Athletic Facility renovations at John Jay College of Criminal Justice (JJC) to reprogram the third and sixth floors of Haaren Hall. This process reconfigured the equipment, weight room and offices of the existing Fitness Center to provide more workspace for the Provost, Marketing and Administrative, and relocation of the Fitness Center to be adjacent to the Athletic Facilities on the third floor. In addition to a new Fitness Center, the entire third floor has been redesigned to create a welcoming place for the JJC Athletic Department, with space for student and faculty gathering, upgrade of locker facilities, and reconfiguration of back of house spaces to better serve students and staff.
Additional work at JJC includes accessibility, toilet, and sustainability upgrades, and new signage and wayfinding throughout Haaren Hall.
